Claudia Bastiani is Head of Workplace Experience & Design at Legal & General, responsible for long term Location Strategy, Office design and Workplace experience.
With a career spanning nearly 30 years in the workplace and real estate fields for companies like Mastercard, Lendlease and Aberdeen Property Investors, Claudia has created successful real estate strategies, delivered capital programmes, evolved workplace experiences and design, as well as providing expert advice to the Industry.
Passionate about creating sustainable, great experiences that are inclusive for all, Claudia is particularly interested in neuro-science and evolving how the Industry approaches design with this lens in mind.
