Jason Cousins

Jason is responsible for the Real Estate and Corporate Services functions in EMEA for Lazard including Facilities and Project Management, Client Services and Sustainability. He has worked in the Property and Facilities Management (FM) industry for over 30 years, graduating in IT and moving to the FM profession in his early career, gaining a degree in FM and Masters in Corporate Real Estate. Jason joined Lazard in 2019 and formerly worked for various organizations as Director of FM including law firms Womble Bond Dickinson, Olswang and Eversheds and Financial firms including Lloyds Bank, MBNY and Macquarie Bank. He is also Non-Executive Director for the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.
