Victoria Caplin Thomas

Victoria leads the Real Estate Change & Engagement team for PwC, with her 25 years of experience within the Workplace and projects, she is passionate about people and welling in the workplace. Victoria has had the opportunity to work on a number of award winning projects for PwC. Most recently she has led the engagement for their newest office in Belfast which has a dedicated Wellbeing space, the first of its kind for PwC.
