Angela Bardino
Design Principal at Jacobs
Angela Bardino is a Design Principal at Jacobs who leads the Interiors and Insights Team for U.K. and Europe. Her design experience transcends sectors which include workplace, hospitality, arts and culture through to transit design. Working for a range of both global and local clients. She has a strong focus on human experience, examining the dynamic between a client’s operational policy and spatial requirements.
Angela is currently leading the fit out concept for a forthcoming smart laboratory building, for a global pharmaceutical client at the centre of the Knowledge Quarter, King Cross. In addition, the adaptive reuse of an old knitting factory in Eastern Europe for a new office concept is due to complete in early 2022.
Angela is a registered member of the British Institute of Interior Design and part of the Professional Practice & Sustainability Committee. Supporting the sustainable specification guide launched this year. As part of the Jacobs Cities and Places Shadow Leadership team, Angela is helping to shape the business, working to bring “business unusual” to fruition. Passionate about helping the younger generation understand Interiors and encouraging them to ask why and challenge tomorrow.
