Chris is Co-Founder and a Director at V7, a specialist workplace developer. Chris is passionate about making change in the workplace sector in order to tackle the challenges in todays market. He believes that to create an exceptional workplace and attract people back to the office post covid, offices need to be repositioned using three key principles, namely impeccable ESG credentials, unrivalled amenity and outstanding design. Chris’ background in office leasing, investment and asset management has given him a deep understanding of what both tenants and investors need from an office building. V7 are currently re-positioning and delivering 32 office transformations across London and the regions in order to create a super green, net zero carbon portfolio.
