With over 20 years in the real estate industry, Michael is the UK’s leading authority on film studios and media campuses, and an expert in mixed-use regeneration projects. He has advised a number of creative media companies on their real estate strategies, and coworking ventures such as Huckletree and The Ministry, genuinely taking a consumer-centric approach to advising clients on their projects. He has authored a number of leading White Papers on pioneering topics such as Modular CLT Office Design, Industrial Rehab, and Vertical Farming. He is a founding Trustee of the Creative Land Trust and also a member of the London Mayor’s Workspace Advisory Group.
