Kim Massey, Project Manager for Clifford Chance Newcastle Ltd since 2019, delivered the full project lifecycle of the Clifford Chance Newcastle Limited move from Partnership House in Regent Centre, Gosforth to The Lumen which forms part of Newcastle Helix neighbourhood, Newcastle’s flagship future city quarter. The Newcastle business is the most established paralegal and technology-led team in the North East and is successfully disrupting the way they deliver high-value work for clients.

The move to the Lumen, provided the progressive and collaborative workspaces the team need to achieve their best work, with great amenities to maintain a healthy sense of wellbeing.

Kim now manages the new office, which has unassigned seating, planting and numerous types of flexible workspace options with a focus on sustainable and versatile work environment for the employees and clients, supporting the Clifford Chance aims to achieve net zero by 2030. The floor is built to high environmental standards, and features the latest monitoring and control systems to continuously reduce the overall emissions.
