Tim Allen

Tim is a senior corporate real estate professional with thirty years’ experience in the areas of workplace strategies, design, transformation, operation and change management. He has worked as both occupier and consultant directly with 100+ clients in the UK, across Europe and the United States including household names in the private sector, public sector organisations and central and local government bodies.  Tim was identified on the UK government external resources framework as an expert in the High Performing Property initiative. He is co-author, Working Without Walls and contributing author, The Distributed Workplace. He was a founding (Council) member of the Workplace Change Organisation. He sits on the CoreNet UK Workplace Committee and leads the IFMA Workplace Evolutionaries UK Hub.
