Alex Lawlor

Alex is a Regional Director at AtkinsRéalis, where she leads the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) sector within the LS&E division. With over 12 years of experience in delivering office fit-outs, refurbishments, and workplace projects, she brings deep expertise in shaping environments that support both business goals and human experience.

A Chartered Project Manager with the RICS, she has directed major workplace programmes, including acting as Project Director for GSK’s new Global Headquarters, successfully overseeing its delivery from concept to completion. Alongside her role at AtkinsRéalis, she is an active member of the CoreNet Workplace Committee (UK Chapter) and BCO NextGen contributing to thought leadership and best practice across the industry.

She is passionate about advancing NextGen talent, embedding inclusive design principles, fostering early procurement and partnerships, and ensuring that projects deliver value not only to clients but also to the communities in which they are based.
