Gorka Lopez

I have over 20 years’ experience in leading and developing consultancy business in design, workplace strategy, project management, construction, change and communications.

I hold two Master’s degrees in project management and in civil engineering (building architecture).  I am also a Chartered Civil Engineer, CEng MICE, and a Member of the Institute of Civil Engineers with broad delivery experience across EMEA and the Americas. In addition, I trained in interior design at Central Saint Martins and in Visual Merchandising &retail customer experience at the London College of Fashion in 2017.

I also have significant leadership and people management experience and hold certificates for the Advanced People Management Programme and the McKinsey Academy Management Accelerator leadership programme.

My areas of expertise include strategy setting for innovative future of work/workplace design projects that enhance employee experience, DE&I, well-being and sustainability and deliver cost savings for organisations. I love to support organisations in bringing added value, efficiency and differentiation to their portfolios whilst increasing productivity and employee experience in the workplace.
