Jamie Davis is the Director of Workplace Strategy within the Corporate Real Estate department of Fidelity International, where Jamie leads the evolution of workplace strategy and delivery. Jamie is currently spearheading a digital transformation across CRE, driving automation, redesigning processes, and building more intelligent, data-led ways of working. This work is strengthening the team’s ability to capture, analyse, and communicate insights that shape strategic decision-making and highlight opportunities at pace.
