Jason is the Director of International Operations at Sidley Austin LLP, where he oversees daily business operations across the firm’s international platform and contributes to its long-term growth strategy. With more than two decades of experience in legal-sector operations management, he brings deep expertise in streamlining processes, enhancing productivity, and driving sustainable profitability.
A particular strength of Jason’s role is the establishment of new firm offices across Europe and the Middle East. He has led all aspects of these projects, including real estate negotiations and transactions, coordination with designers and contractors, and the delivery of office fit-outs that balance a strong corporate identity with the cultural character of each jurisdiction. Most notably, he led the firm’s London office relocation to St Mary Axe, a c.100,000-square-foot space that now serves as Sidley’s European hub and accommodates approximately 400 legal and business professionals.
