Lydia Randall is an accomplished leader in sustainability and resilient building design. As a Director at BDG Architecture + Design, she has worked collaboratively with an impressive portfolio of global clients, including WPP, LEGO, Nike, Sony, and Google to deliver award winning workspaces.
Lydia’s expertise bridges the gap between engineering and architectural design, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for the challenges facing today’s built environment.
A Master’s degree in Sustainability Leadership for the Built Environment from the University of Cambridge, reflects Lydia’s dedication to cross disciplinary learning and the need to work together to tackle the social and environmental pressures facing the sector. Lydia is currently focusing on helping clients integrate circular thinking, climate resilience and ED&I strategies in design and project delivery.
In addition to her leadership at BDG, Lydia contributes to Heart of the City, a charity supporting businesses in the City of London in developing their ESG strategies. This role underscores her commitment to advancing sustainability across both public and private sectors.
