Designer, turned strategist, and then in 2010, founder of the now renowned Leesman Index – the world’s largest independent insight benchmark on the role workplaces and homes play in employee experience, positioning Leesman at the epicentre of the future of work debate.
In 2024 Tim took on a new challenge, stepping out of Leesman to launch a specialist user-experience design and data insights practice called Aéto, that helps clients navigate their ‘what’s next’ after collecting their employee workplace experience data, and helping them synthesise the huge volume of other workplace data available to them to navigate the complexities of the modern workplace.
