He has worked in various sectors from non-for-profit, construction and has spent the last 5 years within a hyper-growth technology company. He is passionate around creating strategies and connecting the dots across silos to enable great employee experiences within the workplace and is heavily involved in shaping the future of the work environment within ServiceNow global portfolio. He believes an evolution is underway with an ‘employee experience organisation’ bringing together workplace/real estate, HR and IT under one umbrella to support the employee base to work anywhere and anytime.
