Natasha Bonugli has experience of workplace design that crosses continents. Trained as an architect in the US and RIBA Part 3 qualified in the UK, she has spent the majority of her 18 year career focusing on the design and delivery of interior projects of all scales. She is widely known as a key influencer and an inspiration within the London workplace design industry.

Based in London for the past 16 years, she had managed and developed a number of high-performance design teams to deliver award winning schemes across the globe. After directorial and principal positions at Pringle Brandon, Woods Bagot where Natasha was head of workplace interiors for Europe, BDG where Natasha was director of workplace, and most recently at Unispace as global principal design EMEA & North America, Natasha decided to launch her own design practice The Bon Collective in 2021. Covering both workplace and residential sectors, The Bon Collective tailors their approach to exactly what each client needs focusing on quality, delivering bespoke solutions and providing a premium service for all. Every project is approached with the same rigour, passion and attention to detail. It is about the perfect balance between aesthetics, practicality and longevity.
