Georgina is the Head of Human Capital Consulting at CBRE. She is a global thought leader and advisor in talent and transformation with a career that has physically spanned UK, Europe and US with project delivered in APAC and Africa.
Georgina leads the Human Capital offerings across behaviour and culture change, human experience design, organizational design and talent attraction and retention advisory.

She joined CBRE from Accenture in 2022 from San Francisco/Silicon Valley and had previously been headquartered in New York supporting Accenture’s Financial Services clients. She joined in 2022 as part of CBRE UK’s drive to support its clients in humanizing the workplace and optimising the real estate organisation where she was most recently working with FinTechs, Large Techs and Financial Services.

Her experience includes working with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, advising different levels from C-Suite to department heads, as they plan and executive on transformations.
