Helena Hughes is a Director at Savills in the Global Occupier Services Team. With a longstanding career in Flex, Helena supports occupiers building flex space into their portfolio strategy, navigating the diverse and nuanced flex market and providing them with the tools to bring global consistency & governance to their Real Estate portfolio. Helena’s client centric approach is evident through her long-standing client relationships, providing exceptional advice and support in delivering and improving workplace solutions and strategies.

Helena sits on the CREW UK Board, recently led the UK Events Committee through 2024 and has been a CREW UK member for over 5 years. Leading the committee through a year of 22 events including the CREW UK Annual conference, Helena is passionate about networking, driving positive change and diverse leadership.

Outside of Savills & CREW UK, Helena is a Trustee for AGE UK Berkshire, supports her daughters’ primary school with fundraising and loves to sing in a Community Choir.
