Kara Miotke serves as the Director of Operations and Principal in IA Interior Architects’ London studio. With 19 years of experience as a seasoned project director, Kara has led the delivery of workplace interior architecture for a diverse portfolio of clients, including global leaders in investment, banking, e-commerce, and hospitality. Known for her exceptional project management skills, Kara combines creativity, professionalism, and an open-minded approach to bring innovative solutions to each project. Her positivity, organization, and collaborative spirit have consistently made her a valued leader and team member. Kara holds an NCIDQ certification and earned her degree in Interior Design from Washington State University. Her dedication to excellence and ability to adapt to complex challenges make her an integral part of IA Interior Architects.
