Kate Smith currently holds a leadership position within the CBRE Occupier Consulting Team. She leads a passionate team of 200+ professionals, including Architects, Psychologists, Portfolio Strategy experts, Occupancy Management specialists, Supply Chain Optimisation professionals, Retail Analytics experts, Workplace Strategy consultants, HR professionals, and Change Management specialists. Kate’s team is known for its ability to undertake both single projects and global programs, whether it involves developing new strategies, evolving existing ones, creating transformative experiences, or extracting greater intelligence from data. Beyond her role, Kate is recognized as a futurist and is a regular industry speaker on topics such as inclusive design and the future of work. She is actively involved as a Mentor, Co-Chair of CBRE Women’s Network, and Exec Sponsor of the Next Gen Talent (Apprentices & Grads) & Balance Women’s Leadership Programmes.
