Lillian Simon

Lillian is an Associate at Gensler London, and straddles the roles of Design Manager and Technical Designer.  Originally from the US, Lillian started her career as a licensed architect with 7 years of experience working on commercial high-rise towers in New York, before moving to London and expanding her portfolio to global opportunities.  Lillian has worked on a variety of project scales, from multi-tower developments in Mumbai to workplace projects local to London.  Most recently, she has been focused on Sciences projects, where the fusion of enhanced workplace design and highly functional laboratory spaces offers constant and rewarding technical challenges. She takes pride in her communication and leadership skills that she applies while collaborating with her team and coordinating with clients and consultants. Above all, Lillian has a passion for sustainability and innovation and believes in the power of design to build a brighter future.
