Nathalie Baxter

Head of Workspace, Home Group

Nathalie is an Architect, Researcher and Spatial Strategist with a focus on workspace design and placemaking. With a wealth of experience in both practice and academia, she has led the design of award winning projects and developed pioneering research on sustainable workspace design and retrofit at Cambridge University. As the Head of Workspace at Home Group, Nathalie currently leads the strategy, design, and delivery of a multi million pound workspace portfolio, shaping environments that prioritise both functionality and sustainability.

Her most recent project, Home Group’s new HQ, One Strawberry Lane, won the 2024 national BCO Award for ESG (environmental, social, and governance). Recognised by the BCO as an exemplar of best practices in ESG, the project is praised for its positive impact on both building users and the surrounding community. Nathalie’s expertise in integrating ESG principles into workspace design has made her a leading voice in the industry.

In addition to her work at Home Group, Nathalie will serve on the BCO Judging Panel from January 2025 to 2028, bringing her extensive knowledge and vision to the evaluation of future workspace projects.
