Steve Henigan
Managing Director, HCG
Steve is the founder and Managing Director of HCG with responsibility for delivery of workplace consultancy and change management, working with clients on a global scale. He is the past chair of the Corenet UK Workplace community. Steve holds a first class honours degree in Quantity Surveying and subsequently completed an MBA at the University of Reading. In addition he is a chartered surveyor (MRICS) in the faculties of Construction, Project Management & Management Consulting and a certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner. He regularly presents at various workplace and Facilities Management events for organisation’s such as the RICS, IFMA, IWFM and Corenet and was awarded a luminaire award by the latter for his presentation with Saracens RFC exploring the relationship between elite sport and corporate organisations. He has a keen interest in research and has published a number of papers/ articles exploring the relationship between the workplace and high performance.
