Oasis Plants transformed the entire floor of Globant Offices, enhancing its aesthetic appeal with a lush interior landscape and improving the workspace’s flow. They opted for hydroculture plants throughout the project and skillfully created undulating mounds of LECA (Lightweight Expanded Clay Aggregate), covered with preserved flat and ball moss to create a more informal and inviting landscape.
The experts at Oasis Plants designed serene areas within the office, strategically incorporating floor standing and trough planting to create zones for privacy and independent work.
The design showcased organic shapes that permeated the entire floor plan, from the curving joinery to the floor-level planting. Oasis Plants carefully selected a diverse range of plants, including established Strelitzias, Dracaena, and Philodendrons, as well as Palms, Zamioculcas, and Aglaonemas, which added varying heights, colors, and textures, resulting in a natural and harmonious landscape.
In their quest to promote productivity and invigorate the spaces, Oasis Plants extended the live planting into the meeting rooms and break-out areas. Additionally, the plants acted as natural boundaries, defining different areas within the office.
To further enhance the ambiance, Oasis Plants adorned the walls of the coffee station and seating areas with flat and ball moss, successfully creating an informal and welcoming atmosphere for meetings and socializing.
The design executed by Oasis Plants prioritized nature with soft organic shapes, ample access to natural light, and a tonal color scheme. The extensive use of beautiful planting exemplified a perfect embodiment of biophilic design principles throughout the Globant Offices, bringing nature closer to the employees and fostering a harmonious work environment.
