Melanie Martin
Associate Director, Orms Designers & Architects Ltd
Melanie, in her role as Associate Director, heads a team dedicated to various sectors and project scales. Her portfolio of current projects is diverse, including refurbishment works for The Crown Estate, developing a prominent new retail façade on Oxford Street, and designing the interiors at 2 Waterhouse Square. Additionally, Melanie is an active participant in the Orms sustainability group and plays a pivotal role in the recruitment process. She is at the forefront of leading the firm’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives.
Her involvement in the industry extends to being a former member of the UKGBC Circular Economy Forum. Melanie’s past leadership roles include guiding projects that have won accolades, such as the Alpha Works, a co-working space in Birmingham that garnered a BCO award, and the London headquarters of ISG.
