Regional Head of Workplace, Europe & Americas at Standard Chartered Bank
As a workplace specialist, Suzan looks to transform workplace environments so employees enjoy being back at the office. She has been in corporate real estate for the best part of 15 years in global and regional roles within the finance and tech sectors, more recently in banking over the last five years.
Within Standard Chartered Bank she heads up Workplace for the Europe and Americas region. She is responsible for Project and Design, Facilities Management & Sustainability, Workplace effectiveness, Workplace Experience and wellbeing. Suzan’s remit covers a total of 19 locations in the Standard Charted Bank portfolio, with approximately 500,000 sq. ft and just over 5,000 employees.
She advises and partners with business leaders to drive change and innovation, define and implement business strategies and strengthen organisational effectiveness throughout the workplace.
