Dom is creative director at Oktra, the UK’s leading office design and build company. With nearly 23 years of experience, Dom has approached the last 10 years of workplace design with a background spanning the education, leisure, retail and healthcare sectors. He has an in-depth working knowledge of contemporary landlord offerings and their evolution, having worked with the foremost industry leaders. Dom collaborates with landlords to create targeted offerings that stand-out in a competitive market, and is currently leading a design team in the reinvention of standard landlord offerings, challenging buildings to maximise their potential from shell and core through to a landlord’s fitted solution, in order to achieve highest rents and best in class.
