We want to protect our exhibitors from misleading and unauthorised approaches. Please be aware that certain third-party companies may contact you claiming to represent or work with the event. These companies often use event branding and may appear genuine, but they are not connected to us in any way.

Typical examples include:

Selling attendee data or mailing lists (we never sell our data)
Offering hotel bookings or travel services
Promoting directory listings or “official” event guides
Approaching you for stand build or logistical services

Please note:

We have strict security procedures and do not share exhibitor data with external organisations.
Only suppliers listed as official contractors in this manual are authorised to contact you.
If you are approached by anyone outside this list, we advise you to remain vigilant.
