Lewis is the regional lead for William Blair’s Workplace & Real Estate Management team, managing the operation and expansion of office space across Europe & Asia. William Blair are a global boutique financial services firm, specializing in Investment Banking, Investment Management & Private Wealth Management. His role entails the development of new sites for expansion, development of existing sites and maintaining extremely high levels of workspace operations for clients and employees.

Previous to this, Lewis worked as an interior architect for tp bennett, designing buildings for industry leaders across the banking, law and tech sectors.
