Pinar has been with HSBC for 11 years and held several roles in global, region and country teams.
In her Current role as Head of Workspace and Colleague experience, she leads and defines workspace strategies, which consider the future workplace, employee experience, technology needs, and people impacts globally.
She is trained as an architect and passionate about creating workplaces where people can be at their best.
