Project Overview & Objective: Describe the core objectives, user needs, and overall design intent of the project. What challenges did the project aim to solve, and how was the design brief defined? (2,100 character limit) Design Execution: Explain how design strategies were implemented to deliver on the brief — covering aspects such as spatial planning, materiality, form, flexibility, and overall functionality. (1,600 character limit) Innovation & Originality: Showcase creative thinking in the project. This could relate to conceptual approaches, technical solutions, aesthetic treatments, or adaptive reuse. (1,600 character limit) Sustainability & Longevity: Highlight environmental considerations, use of sustainable materials, energy efficiency, and how the design supports long-term performance and relevance. (1,600 character limit) Occupier Benefit / User Experience: Illustrate how the space supports its users — from wellbeing and inclusivity to collaboration, comfort, and productivity. Consider how the space is experienced day-to-day. (1,600 character limit)
Visual Submission Requirements

Upload 3–4 high-resolution images in JPEG or PNG format (Max file size: 1MB per image, minimum of 3 images required)
• Images should be clear, well-lit, and representative of the space. Please avoid text-heavy graphics or collages.
• Photographer credits may be included in the image file name but are not mandatory.
• You may include one layout or floorplan (optional, not judged).
• All file names must reference the project title.
• PDF and PowerPoint files will not be accepted.

Compulsory tickbox: By submitting, you grant us permission to share this data with judges and sponsors. Any photos or collateral shared may be used by Workspace Design Show across its channels.
