Having worked in offices around North America, APAC and EMEA, Allison’s exposure to various work environments and cultures results in a unique perspective of the workplace and how people interact with it. She joined Leesman in 2018 and was appointed Leesman’s Deputy CEO in March 2020. Post-pandemic, Leesman clients were asking how to use data to design and drive their future of work strategies, so in July 2024 she left Leesman to co-lead a spin-off organisation, Aéto, to help clients in that capacity.

She is passionate about business being a force for good, having led initiatives for Leesman to become B Corp certified in 2022 and part of the Careers After Babies Accreditation programme in 2023. She is on the Careers After Babies Accreditation board as well as the board of CREW UK.
