Brian Robinson

Real Estate & Facilities Director, Fidelity International

Brian Robinson oversees global operations performance for Fidelity International’s Corporate Property Services (CPS) organization. CPS is responsible for real estate, facilities management, workplace strategy, design and construction, and health, safety, and sustainability amongst other functions. During his four-year tenure, he has developed strong relationships with his CPS peers and together they have transformed the group’s operating model.

To date, the group’s work has resulted in a number of improvements including: a significant increase in financial accountability, transparency, and control; the establishment of key supply chain partnerships; a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement; the increased use of systems and data to drive insights and decisions; and a renewed emphasis on learning and development across the team.

Brian graduated from the University of Florida as an Industrial Engineer, and he holds an MBA from the University of Virginia. He began his career with the Walt Disney Company. Following business school, he worked with a number of corporates across the globe first as an IT consultant and then as a RE/facilities consultant. One notable space-related project he supported enabled the Reuters news team to move their operations into their new open-floor at 5 Canada Square, Canary Wharf.
