Emma is an experienced interior designer with over 10 years of expertise in creating innovative and inspiring workspaces. Throughout her career, she has worked across a diverse range of sectors with a focus on workplaces, delivering exceptional projects for clients such as Bupa, British Airways, Home Group, Sage, and Durham University, both in the UK and internationally. Her commitment to client engagement, project team cohesion, and flawless execution has earned her a reputation for delivering outstanding results.
Emma’s notable accomplishments include leading the design of Bupa’s Hong Kong Headquarters, which won the 2022 Mixology North Project of the Year award in the 30k-70k sqft category. She also played a key role in the award-winning One Strawberry Lane project for Home Group, which received multiple accolades, including the first BCO National ESG Award in 2024.
As a project leader and experienced technical designer, Emma excels in guiding complex, large-scale projects from concept to completion. She is an active member of Ryder’s internal Office Sector Board, offering valuable insights to teams across the firm.
Emma is also passionate about mentorship, guiding emerging talent through her involvement with Northumbria University’s Interior Architecture course. Each year, she presents the Ryder Award to an outstanding graduate in Interior Architecture.
